What is it?

Known simply as "OS", it is the main software that runs and manages your mobile hardware. It is responsible for coordinating and allocating resources for all your mobile components. There are mainly 2 mobile operating systems:

• Android

  Made by Google, it is by far the most common mobile OS.

• iOS

  Made by Apple Inc., can only work with iPhones and iPod Touch.
